Thank you for registering for the MAMA Summer Drive. We are looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday, August 11 at the Marriott Chicago Northwest in Hoffman Estates.
To date, a dozen brands have confirmed attendance so we will have a broad range of vehicles available for evaluation, photography, and video. We will have two drive routes that cover various types of roads for you to enjoy with maps of each inside the vehicles. Please be mindful that others will want to test a vehicle you might be driving, so keep the time for your photography and video to a minimum. If you want to do an in-depth video on a specific vehicle, talk to the communications representative about arranging a loan in the future.
When you arrive in the morning, park on the east side of the building, make your way to the Prairie Stone Ballroom, and look for the registration table where we will check you in.
The day will progress as follows:
7:30 - 8:30 Check in and breakfast, Hyundai Santa Cruz Presentation
8:30 - 12:00 Street drives
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch, Nissan Pathfinder Presentation
1:00 - 3:30 Street Drives
2:00 - 3:00 Snack Truck Courtesy of Hyundai
Waivers will be sent to you electronically via email for your signature prior to the event. You will need also to show a valid drivers license upon check in to participate in the event. We will send a list of vehicles once we have the final lineup to help you plan your day.
We will not be producing name tags for this event, so please bring your MAMA magnetic tag with you.
This event is for registered MAMA members only. No guests, non-member coworkers, or others are permitted.
COVID-19 Information
We are following the State of Illinois and CDC guidelines for this event. Currently Cook county has a moderate level of community transmission, thus masks are not required if you are vaccinated. If you are unvaccinated, we ask that you wear a mask indoors. We will not be requiring proof of vaccination. You may drive with a partner or on your own and all vehicles will be sanitized between drivers. We will continue to monitor the situation and update as necessary.
