We cordially invite you to attend the 2024 Midwest Automotive Media Association Spring Rally taking place from Tuesday, May 21 to Thursday, May 23. Help us celebrate 32 years of MAMA! Below are some important notes to help you plan your travel arrangements and prepare for what promises to be a great event.
ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATIONS
We will once again be staying at The Osthoff Resort in beautiful Elkhart Lake, WI.
If you are joining us for the first time, please let us know on the registration form. Also note that The Osthoff Resort is a suite property, which means you will have a roommate. However, each guest in a suite will have their own bedroom and bathroom. If you have a roommate preference, please indicate this on your registration form, and we will try to accommodate you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Gear up for two exciting days in Elkhart Lake packed with street drives, laps around legendary Road America, two technical off-road courses to test the capabilities of 4x4s and AWD vehicles, competitive autocross, karting, and a unique chance to walk, run, or bike on the track itself as part of our 4 Miles of Fitness activity.
Attending media members are invited to bring their own unique, classic, or custom vehicle and park it in our Enthusiast’’s Paddock. Expect ample time for stand up and content creation, thanks to a dedicated session happening the morning of Day 2.
REGISTRATION FEE
This year’s registration fee for the Spring Rally remains the same at $100. This will include all driving opportunities, meals, the Siebkens afterglow, and two nights accommodations. The cutoff for the 2024 Spring Rally registration is April 30, 2024.
Remember this invite is for you, a media member, and you only. Please do not bring along friends, significant others, children, non-member photographers, etc. All who attend must be paid-in-full media members in good standing. Any non-member, non-registered guests will be refused entry to the Road America grounds. If you have questions, please ask first.
