MAMA’s Favorites Fall Fest is back!

After a successful event last year, MAMA is excited to again celebrate the start of autumn with our MAMA’s Favorites Fall Fest on October 2 at a new location: Arrowhead Golf Club.

This one-day event occuring the day before Chicago Drives Electric will be another great chance for nationwide MAMA members to get behind the wheel of even more new product for content creation as well as to evaluate and vote for our annual MAMA’s Favorites awards. The venue provides a beautiful, relaxed space with easy access to drive routes as well as for video stand ups. Attending MAMA members and guests of the industry will enjoy breakfast and lunch, with sponsorship opportunities available for automakers to give a presentation with a static vehicle walkaround.

We’d love for you to be there! Here are a few key details about the event to help with your planning:

• Where: Arrowhead Golf Club

• When: Wednesday,October 2. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  Full schedule to come.

• Costs: $750 manufacturer entry fee, which includes as many gas, hybrid, plug-in, and electric vehicles as you would like to bring. 

• Sponsorship Opportunities: We have two meal sponsorships available for $2,500 for breakfast or lunch. AV equipment for a presentation inside and/or a vehicle walkaround/demo outside on the Arrowhead grounds, and as many vehicles as you would like to bring. A meal sponsorship includes the $750 manufacturer entry fee for MAMA’s Favorites Fall Fest.

• Which Vehicles Are Welcome to Participate:

Attending automakers are invited to bring all-new, facelited/refreshed, or significantly updated (new trim, new powertrain, new special edition), vehicles with any powertrain. Vehicles that participated in our recent 2024 Spring Rally (#MAMA24SR IYKYK) at Road America are welcome back to MAMA’s Favorites Fall Fest.

Travel and Accommodations:

Getting to and from Arrowhead Golf Club takes about 30-40 minutes if flying into Chicago O’Hare International Airport. MAMA’s Favorites Fall Fest takes place on Wednesday followed by the Chicago Drives Electric event on Thursday, therefore traveling guests of the industry can reserve a room at the Courtyard Chicago Oakbrook, located immediately across from where the event on Thursday will be held.
